These Terms govern your use of reservation pages provided by TJ Meta Solutions LLC (“Vookme”). By making a reservation you agree to these Terms.

Service

We provide booking pages on behalf of participating merchants (restaurants, salons, etc.). Merchants are responsible for their services, pricing, and policies.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and keep your contact details up to date.
• No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

Messaging

By checking the consent box, you agree to receive transactional SMS about your reservation (confirmations, reminders, updates). Message frequency varies and carrier rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Promotional SMS are sent only if you separately opt in.

Cancellation & No-Show

Policies are set by each merchant. See your confirmation link for details.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Vookme is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid to us for your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
